Website Development and Maintenance

Ownership and Legal Protection:

Unauthorized migration, copying, or theft of the website, its content, or design will result in legal action. The client will be responsible for any associated legal fees.

Website Breakage and Updates:

Websites may experience issues over time, such as broken links, redirects, or changes. While we utilize monitoring software, not all issues are flagged. If you notice a problem, please notify us, and we will work to resolve it.

Hacks and Security:

If your website is hacked, we will fix the issue at no additional cost, provided you are an active monthly client. Rolling back the website to a pre-hack state requires timely notification.

Service Termination:

We retain ownership of the intellectual data added to the website, as it is a template.

Advertising

Budget Responsibility:

Advertising campaigns require an additional advertising budget beyond our management fees. You are responsible for funding and managing this budget.

Account Ownership:

Advertising accounts created and managed by us are the intellectual property ofMiconi Marketing LLC. These accounts will not be transferred upon service termination, and you will need to create a new account if desired.

SEO Tools and Search Console Management

Ownership:

Accounts and properties such as Google Search Console or other webmaster tools created or managed by us remain the property ofMiconi Marketing LLC.

Service Termination:

Upon leaving our services, you will need to create and manage your own accounts, as existing accounts will not be transferred.

3rd Party Integrations

Tracking and CRM Integration:

For phone numbers, CRM systems, or other data tracking, we use a third-party platform, Go High Level.You may choose to open your own Go High Level account or subscribe to a sub-account provided by us.

General Terms

No Guarantees:

We strive for optimal results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as first-place search engine rankings, leads from advertising campaigns, or audience growth on social media, due to factors beyond our control.

Termination Notice:

Clients are required to provide 30 days’ written notice before terminating any services.

Modifications:

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
